STEP 1: EMAIL REQUEST

• Images of place/pet and/or description of piece wanted
• Select medium:
• Digitally drawn – Black and White (Printed on Archival Acid-free paper)
• Drawn on Archival Acid Free paper – Black and White
• Wool Felt
• Select paper size: A4 (11.7in x. 8.3in) and above
STEP 2: CONFIRMATION
• Confirmation of image
• Confirmation of medium
• Confirmation of paper
• Confirmation of completion and delivery date
• Artist to confirm 2 dates for progress updates
• Artist to share bank details for the transfer of 100% of commission cost
STEP 3: COMPLETION
• Artist to confirm completion of piece by sharing low-res digital image
STEP 4: SHIPPING
• Post completion, artist will ship final piece
• Shipping details will be shared with the client
This depends entirely on the product you choose, the complexity of the pattern, and the medium it is being made in.
As a general rule of thumb, though:
• Blankets, afghans and throws: 3 weeks
• Bags: 3 weeks
• Cushion Covers: 2 weeks
• Wool felt artwork: 3 weeks
• Hand-drawn artwork: 3 weeks
Yes, you can return a ready stock product (crochet/fabric) within 30 days of receiving it, citing issues you may have with it. Structural issues will be fixed and sent back.
Artwork cannot be returned once bought.
Commissioned work cannot be returned once ordered.
There are no refunds once an order is placed and the payment is made.
