This depends entirely on the product you choose, the complexity of the pattern, and the medium it is being made in. As a general rule of thumb, though: • Blankets, afghans and throws: 3 weeks • Bags: 3 weeks • Cushion Covers: 2 weeks • Wool felt artwork: 3 weeks • Hand-drawn artwork: 3 weeks

Yes, you can return a ready stock product (crochet/fabric) within 30 days of receiving it, citing issues you may have with it. Structural issues will be fixed and sent back. Artwork cannot be returned once bought. Commissioned work cannot be returned once ordered. There are no refunds once an order is placed and the payment is made.
